Despite progress in workplace equality, women often encounter glass ceilings that hinder their promotion to executive positions. Factors such as discrimination in decision-making, biases in hiring practices, and societal expectations regarding gender roles contribute to fewer women in senior positions. This lack of representation in leadership not only diminishes women's voices in important decisions but also perpetuates existing inequalities within organizations.
