Amaya is incorrect. A rectangle does have rotation symmetry of order 2 because it can be rotated 180 degrees and still look the same. However, other quadrilaterals such as squares also have rotation symmetry of order 2, as they can be rotated by both 90 degrees and 180 degrees and remain unchanged in appearance. Therefore, rectangles are not the only quadrilaterals with this property.
