Warp and Weft
Warp:
- Threads that run lengthwise (up and down) on a fabric.
- These threads are strong and stretched tightly on the loom.
Note
Key Tip:
- Warp = up and down.
- Weft = left to right.
Weft:
- Threads that run side-to-side (horizontally) through the warp.
- They weave in and out of the warp threads.
