First, open the 7Years spreadsheet. Navigate to the Chart worksheet and select the range A1:B6. Copy the data using Ctrl+C or right-click and select Copy. Then switch to the Data worksheet and click on cell A2. Use Ctrl+V or right-click and select Paste to insert the copied data.

In the Chart worksheet, select the existing chart. Right-click on it and choose 'Select Data'. Ensure the data series shows only the years 2015 to 2019. Then adjust the vertical axis to show major units as 0.2 for proper scaling. Finally, select the chart title to modify it to 'Number of tourists per year'.

Save the pyramid chart as a 7Chart.jpg image file in your examination folder.
