Today is the day when the principal is coming to visit us at home. I am feeling extremely nervous and anxious because I have been absent from school for a while. I hope he will understand my situation. What will he think of me? I am worried that he will be disappointed. I know my mother has been preparing for his visit, but I just want to make a good impression. I’ve been trying to gather my thoughts and prepare myself for this meeting. I'm also worried about the questions he might ask me about my time away from school. I hope everything will go well.

Dear Diary,
The principal has just left, and I feel a huge wave of relief wash over me. The visit went much better than I expected!
