Read the recipe below and then answer the questions.

**Quiche Lorraine**

Pour : 8 personnes
Préparation : 15 minutes
Cuisson : 40 minutes

**Ingrédients :**
1 pâte brisée
3 œufs
1 oignon
un demi litre de lait
40 g de crème fraîche
sel et poivre
200 g de jambon
200 g de fromage

**Méthode :**
1. Préchauffer le four à 220°C.
2. Dans un plat à tarte, mettre la pâte et piquer avec une fourchette.
3. Mettre uniformément le jambon sur la pâte.
4. Dans un bol, mélanger les œufs, la crème fraîche et le lait. Ajouter l’oignon, du sel et du poivre.
5. Enfin mettre le fromage sur la préparation.
6. Mettre au four pendant quarante minutes à 220°C.
7. Servir avec une salade verte ou des pommes frites.
