To prepare a microscope slide from onion epidermis tissue:
Use a clean microscope slide and place a small piece of the onion epidermis on it.
Add a drop of water or iodine solution onto the tissue to help stain it for better visibility.
Carefully place a coverslip over the tissue at one edge, allowing it to gently fall to avoid air bubbles.
