Draw the vertical spigot extending from the center of the base. Indicate the diameter of the spigot at 20 mm. The top of the spigot will need a slight rounding, and proper dimensions must be consistent with Fig. C-5.

Create the vertical stem, which joins the base to the branches. This section should be depicted as extending upward and should intersect with the branches at an appropriate height.

Indicate the hole at the base of the stem where the spigot fits through. This should be aligned with the center, ensuring that the diameter corresponds to the spigot's size at 20 mm.

Draw the three additional holes along the branches extending from the vertical stem. Make sure each hole has a diameter of 10 mm and is evenly spaced. Represent the branch profile as extending outward from the stem in a horizontal manner.

Prepare the profile view of the assembled mug tree, ensuring to highlight the relative locations of the branches and the sinking of the spigot.

If applicable, create the circular section of each branch, ensuring the diameter is maintained at 10 mm. This adds depth to the design.

Establish the centers for any arcs in the design. These must be at the specified locations as seen in the diagram.

Lastly, incorporate the cap at the top of the stem, ensuring it fits snugly and is represented correctly in terms of size and shape.

Utilize hatching and center-lines to clearly define the different sections of the mug tree in the elevation view, ensuring adherence to standards.

Present the sketch clearly, ensuring all labels, lines, and features are neat and professional, allowing for easy interpretation.
