One significant problem faced by Kenya is inadequate access to clean water. The challenges are compounded by climate change, which affects rainfall patterns and exacerbates water scarcity.

Another critical issue is high unemployment rates, particularly among the youth. With a growing population, job creation has not kept pace, leading to economic instability and increased poverty levels. The lack of employment opportunities fuels social unrest and hinders overall development in the region.
