Dear Sir/Madam,
On the 9th of June 2018, I purchased a pair of Nike Air Max from your online store. I have attached a copy of the receipt I received through email upon purchasing these runners.
Upon arrival, the runners were damaged. The sole of the left runner was not attached to the shoe itself. I have attached an image of the runner.

According to the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, goods should be of merchantable quality which was not the case here. I would therefore appreciate a replacement pair of runners or a full refund.
