There are four food tests.

Conduct a qualitative test for;
- Starch
- Fat
- A reducing sugar
- A protein
You need to know:
- How to conduct each experiment
- The chemicals and instruments involved
- The control setup used
- How to identify the outcome of a positive result
- How to draw a labelled diagram of the process, including chemicals and apparatus
