What is the mode in a data set?

Most frequently occurring value in the data set.

When is the median most useful?

When data has outliers or skewed distribution.

How to find the median position formula?

Median position = (n + 1) / 2, n = total data points.

What is the advantage of using the median?

Unaffected by extreme values or outliers.

How do you calculate the total from the mean?

Multiply the mean by the number of data points.

Which average uses all data points?

The mean.

When should you use the mode?

To find the most common value, especially categorical data.

What is a limitation of the mode?

It may not exist or all values appear equally often.

How does outlier affect the mean?

It can heavily skew or misleadingly influence the mean.

Why choose the median for skewed data?

It isn't affected by outliers or skewness.
