Plot Summary
- Miles Morales is a teenager from Brooklyn who lives a normal life — until he's bitten by a radioactive spider and starts developing strange powers.
- While exploring an abandoned subway tunnel, Miles witnesses a battle between Spider-Man and Kingpin, who is trying to open a portal to other dimensions to bring back his family. Spider-Man is killed, but not before he gives Miles a USB device to shut down the portal.
- As Miles tries to take on the Spider-Man role, he meets Peter B. Parker, an older, worn-out version of Spider-Man from another universe.
- They're soon joined by Spider-Gwen, Spider-Man Noir, Peni Parker, and Spider-Ham — all pulled into Miles's world through Kingpin's collider.
- Together, the Spider-team must:
- Train Miles to use his powers
- Destroy the collider before it destroys the multiverse
- Return to their own dimensions
- Miles must learn that being Spider-Man isn't about having powers — it's about taking a leap of faith and believing in yourself.
- Final battle: Miles defeats Kingpin and sends the others home, fully stepping into his role as his universe's Spider-Man.
