Eggs Overview
- Nutritional Value: Eggs are a cheap and excellent source of protein, suitable for all age groups. When cooked properly, they are easy to digest.
- Types Commonly Eaten: Hen eggs are the most common in Ireland, but duck, goose, and quail eggs are also available.
