  • Vegetable Stock: Made with vegetables and herbs.
  • Beef Stock: Made with bones and vegetables.

Convenience Stocks

• What are Convenience Stocks? Convenience stocks are pre-made stocks available in various flavours, like beef, chicken, and vegetable.

• Forms Available: They come in cubes, gels, or granular forms.

• Health Note: These stocks are often well-flavoured but can be high in salt. Options for organic, reduced salt, and gluten-free stocks are also available.
