A way to organise data into a table showing how often values occur

The value that appears most often

Look for the highest frequency, then find its corresponding value

The average - total divided by count

$\frac{\sum(\text{Value} \times \text{Frequency})}{\text{Total Frequency}}$

To calculate the total for each group

The middle value when data is arranged in order

Locate the middle position in the total frequency

To know how many values there are and find the middle one

The mode - the most common value

Divide total of ($\text{value} \times \text{frequency}$) by total frequency

Add frequencies until you reach the median position
