Packed Lunches

Guidelines for Planning Healthy Packed Lunches
- Include All Food Groups: Incorporate foods from the four main food groups in the food pyramid:

- Wholemeal cereals and breads, potatoes, pasta, and rice
- Milk, yoghurt, and cheese
- Meat, poultry, fish, eggs, beans, and nuts
