Different ways to view/interact with data

Datasheet View and Design View

Toggles between Datasheet and Design View

Interact directly with data in spreadsheet-like format

Create and modify table structure

Enter data, edit records, navigate, view data, adjust columns

Cannot change table structure or modify field properties

Create fields, set data types, configure properties

Cannot view or edit actual data stored in table

Start Design View, switch Datasheet for data, back for changes
