Powers of $10$

Terminating, recurring, irrational

Decimal that comes to an end (doesn't go on forever)

Decimal where digits repeat forever

Goes on forever without repeating pattern

Align the decimal points

Total decimal places in factors = places in product

Make divisor whole by multiplying both by same power of $10$

Multiply by $100$

Divide by $100$

$\frac{1}{3}$

First to decimal (divide), then multiply by $100$

Denominator has only $2$ or $5$ as prime factors

Denominator has primes other than $2$ or $5$
