What does speed measure?

How fast something is moving

What is the formula for average speed?

Total distance ÷ total time

Formula: Speed in terms of D and T

S=DTS = \frac{D}{T}

Formula: Distance in terms of S and T

D=S×TD = S \times T

Formula: Time in terms of D and S

T=DST = \frac{D}{S}

What are 3 common units for speed?
